Getting to Rotorua Hospital

Bay Bus operates bus services from Murupara and Ruatahuna.
Taxi service is also located outside the main hospital entrance and a free phone is available near the main enquiry desk.
There are over 300 free car park spaces on the Rotorua Hospital campus, please park only on hospital business.

Rotorua Hospital Facilities
The Vibe Garden Cafe is open daily 7am to 7pm with a selection of cabinet and cooked food.
There is also a coffee kiosk in the Rotorua Hospital Atrium.
The chaplaincy service provides a 24-hour service, seven days a week.
Please ask ward/clinic reception staff to request a chaplain for you.
Interpreter services are available if you need one. Please advise staff if an interpreter will help you.
Te Aka Matua advocates for all Māori patients and their whānau.
They are located at the front entrance, opposite the Security and Attendants' station, and can be contacted by any member of staff.
Te Aka Matua lead karakia, Monday to Friday at 8am in the Rotorua Hospital Atrium, all patients are welcome.
Inpatients have access to a telephone, please ask a member of staff if you need to use one.
There are no laundry facilities available on site.
The entire Rotorua Hospital site is smokefree. This also includes vaping.
